Intuition in job-oriented training for disadvantaged learners

Supporting (so-called) disadvantaged learners in general, and in particular for job-orientation and (re-)integration into the labour market has always been Helmut’s main interest and motivation for work.

The webinar shall offer information on general approaches and conceptual training elements for supporting and empowering disadvantaged groups of learners (e.g. unemployed, migrants, young drop-outs, women returners, 50+ adults) and shall deal with ideas and exchange of how trainers can use their intuition for empowering their learners in such frameworks.
