This event will be welcoming people from all languages and will be held in English if needed.   

Are you a trainer or facilitator who feels it’s time to dive deeper into who you are as a guide? Do you feel the need to break away from standard formats and make room for intuition, experimentation, and colleagues who work with the same heart and soul?
Welcome to this living laboratory!

During this intensive two-day workshop, we create a safe, open space where you will:

• Explore and deepen your unique presence as a trainer.
• Experiment with new methods and working forms, brought in by yourself and other participants (think: nature-based work, systemic work, dance, play, and more).
• Find inspiration through exchange with like-minded peers.
• Work with what emerges: within yourself, within the group, and in the moment.

We work experientially and co-creatively, balancing depth with a healthy dose of fun. You won’t receive cookie-cutter answers; instead, you are invited to sharpen your own inner compass. Powerful facilitation isn’t just about technique: it’s about presence, alignment, and courage.

Tom Cornille and Nathalie Jochems will host this two day event: PLAY! is a natural extension of their shared philosophy. They are thrilled to invite fellow trainers and leaders into a space where free play and experimentation are encouraged, empowering you to lead and facilitate groups with greater awareness and impact.

Tom and Nathalie first crossed paths in 2019 as trainers in Nonviolent Communication. They share a core belief that being a great trainer means having the courage to play with methods, dare to experiment, and provide unwavering mutual support.
