Breaking Patterns
During this “Breaking Patterns” one-day workshop, we’ll explore (unhelpful) patterns within your team or organisation. These might include unclear reasons for frequent absences, mistakes that repeatedly occur despite clear guidelines, new staff members struggling to settle in, gossiping, difficulty admitting mistakes, avoiding difficult conversations, and more. In short, all sorts of situations that, as a board member or manager, leave you scratching your head and wondering, “Where did this come from, and how should we handle it?”
We’ll adopt a systemic perspective, clarifying dynamics and exploring what’s outdated and no longer serving the system, and what’s new and needs to be more firmly established. No prior knowledge or background is required for this day; a curious and open mind is all you need.
What you can expect:
- Working with representatives or floor anchors
- Considering space, roles, and events
- Exploring how order, balance, and belonging play a role
- Don’t force solutions, but consider what needs to be seen
- How you can prepare:
- No preparation is required
- Bring an open mind and curiosity
- Feel free to share as much or as little as you like
About Nathalie
My name is Nathalie Jochems, and I live by the motto sharing is caring; in both my personal and professional life. I believe that when we (re)connect with others, we as human beings often find a sense of calm. As a trainer and coach in interhuman communication, this is exactly what I aim to bring about.
As a student of the well-known Martijn Meima, I know that constellations are a powerful tool to explore what is happening beneath the surface. While participating as an ambassador in the EUNITA project, I truly felt my intuition muscle grow. Now it’s time to take the next step and share my strength with others.
That’s why we have arranged a special benefit for EUNITA members: choose your own contribution between €50 and €300.
