Breathwork and Intuition, unlock your inner compass

In this webinar, Marleen Groeneveld, a breathworker in the Netherlands, shares some powerful breathing techniques. You can use these techniques to access your intuition, self-regulate, calm down your nervous system, and help your participants become more aware of their bodies and calm their minds. Finally, we did a wonderful breathing technique to connect from the heart.

These are the reflective questions for breathing technique one (4-7-8). Think of a situation and then do the breathing technique:

  • What changed in how you feel about your situation?
  • Did any intuitive insights or feelings surface during the practice?
  • How does this state of calmness affect your ability to listen to your intuition?

And these are the reflective questions for the second breathing technique (box breathing):

  • How do you feel emotionally after this exercise?
  • Did you notice a shift in your ability to sense or feel intuitive guidance?
  • How might this technique help you remain centered and open in your intuitive
    practice?

This is the music Marleen played during the last breathing exercises (opens Spotify).

Finally, we would like to ask you to fill in this evaluation form after the webinar, so we know how you liked it.
