Listen to your gut

Listen to Your Gut is an exercise designed to enhance awareness of intuition by focusing on physical sensations, particularly in the gut. To practice, pay attention to how your body feels during moments of decision-making. For example, when interacting with someone, notice whether you feel comfortable, uneasy, or neutral.

These physical sensations can act as signals of intuition, offering subtle guidance about decisions or interactions. By consistently checking in with your body during such moments, you can strengthen your ability to interpret these signals and build confidence in utilizing your intuitive abilities. Keeping a journal of your observations can further help track patterns and refine your awareness over time.

This practice is inspired by Judith Orloff’s work on the connection between intuition and physical sensations, particularly as outlined in her writings.
