Systemic And Constellation Tools For Trainers

Looking at the world through a systemic lense, helps to see things in a different perspective. It has tought me to see problems as solutions of something bigger, the system. It helps to see the deeper connections that shape the world. Constellations are a powerful way of making these connections and entanglements visible. Thus providing me with deep insights in a very low key way.

The systemic approach can help trainers to include a deeper layer in their trainings and to be able to understand issues that arise during a training. The constellations help to prepare for a training or to use during a training to give participants deeper insights.
