Nourish & Flourish Relay

Let’s get together to nourish ourselves and the intuitive field by exchanging our skills!

In this monthly online hour we will exchange different kind of workforms and exercises to connect with our intuition and each other. We learn by doing, try out and play with all kind of forms that align us more with our intuition.

There’s no need for prior knowledge or preparation to participate — just curiosity and a willingness to join in. It is open for the whole international EUNITA network and future EUNITA members. It is a great way to get a taste, If you are new to the network.

How it works

Each session is facilitated by two hosts, who guide the session and introduce the workforms. One of the hosts then invites someone new to co-host the next session. In this way, the format moves forward like a relay, with one changing host each month who helps pass the baton to the next session. Important: these sessions won’t be recorded.

Suggested time structure for hosts (flexible):

40 minutes of workforms & exercises

20 minutes of reflection and sharing
