Nourish & Flourish Relay

Let’s get together to nourish ourselves and the intuitive field by exchanging our skills.

In this monthly online hour we exchange different kinds of workforms and exercises to connect with our intuition and with each other. We learn by doing, try things out and play with forms that help us align more deeply with our intuition.

There is no need for prior knowledge or preparation to participate — just curiosity and a willingness to join in. The session is open to the whole international EUNITA network and future EUNITA members. If you are new to the network, it is a great way to get a taste.

How it works

Each session is facilitated by two hosts who guide the session and introduce the workforms. At the end of the session one of the hosts invites someone new to co-host the next edition.

In this way the format moves forward like a relay, with one changing host each month who helps pass the baton to the next session.

For hosts:

Everyone is welcome to host one or more sessions and share their skills. There are a few practical things to keep in mind:

– You don’t know in advance how many participants there will be, so keep this in mind when designing your workform. As a host you arrange the online environment, such as Zoom or Teams (hopefully this will change in the future). 

– You open the online doors at 19:15 and start at 19:30 and finish at 20:30.

– How many workforms you present is up to you and your buddy-host. 

– A suggested time structure is about 40 minutes of workforms and exercises and 20 minutes of reflection and sharing.

– Be clear with participants about how many minutes they have for reflection and sharing in subgroups. Invite them to take responsibility so everyone gets their turn. If participants feel the need to explore something more deeply after a workform, invite them to reach out to each other to continue the conversation another time.

– If your workform needs more time, consider organizing a webinar through EUNITA.

– The goal of the Nourish & Flourish sessions is to be as low-threshold and accessible as possible. It is a playground where we share and experiment together, as a participant ánd as a host. So don’t make it too complicated for yourself and most of all: enjoy it!
