The Brahmeri pranayama, is a breathing technique I would like to have online in the libary, as the effect of this technique helps to start the journey of the trainee to find the way to silencie the mind and to increase the access to the Intuitive insight. It is an easy excercise the cool down the mind, good for the beginning or the reflection phasr ot the training. Intuitive insight will flow more easy when stress ( anxiety) is reduce. It will bring the particpants in the present moment. The sound vibrations will alternate the thinking mind.
