Capture Your Flashes is an exercise designed to help you recognize and trust intuitive insights. Intuition often presents itself as quick, fleeting moments of clarity or ‘aha!’ insights. To practice, carry a notebook or use a note-taking app to record these flashes as soon as they occur.

Write down any spontaneous ideas, solutions, or observations that come to mind, no matter how minor or unrelated they may seem. This habit not only reinforces the importance of acting on your intuition but also helps you identify patterns over time. By reviewing your notes regularly, you can distinguish genuine intuitive insights from random or unrelated thoughts. This practice builds confidence in intuitive abilities and fosters a reflective mindset that supports ongoing growth.
