The group collaboratively creates a large circular paper. Participants evenly distribute themselves around it and begin drawing their life paths, with their birth date (marked with their name) at their current position, and the center of the circle representing the present moment.

Two Truths, One Lie

classic icebreaker where each participant shares three statements about themselves, one of which is false.

Blindfolded Figures

The entire group is blindfolded and must silently organize themselves into geometric figures, letters, or numbers as instructed by the facilitator.

Sociometric Tasks

Sociometry captures a snapshot of group dynamics. Participants indicate choices based on given criteria by placing their hand on another’s shoulder.

Intuitive Listening, Storytelling Through Associations

Participants pair up. One tells a story, and the other shares the images and associations that arise.

Vocal Circle: Journey from the City to the Mountain Peak

Participants lie in a circle with feet touching the center. They collectively vocalize a sound journey from a city to a mountain peak, incorporating urban and natural sounds as well as singing and imitating musical instruments.

What I Take from You

A closing exercise where each participant shares one skill or quality they admire and would like to take from another.

Session Planning

Planning is based on the pre-knowledge for the group’s needs, establishing a core task according that knowledge, then preparing warm-up activities, that warm up the atmosphere, the instruments and abilities needed for the core exercise and structuring time for introduction and reflection.

If You Were…

A participant secretly selects another. The group asks, "If this person were a color/music/book, what would they be?"

Who Are You?

A paired exercise based on the Eastern Satori practice, repeatedly asking "Who are you?" and answering without deviation.
