Poetry and intuition

Step into a space where poetry and intuition meet. Through gentle reflection and creative play, we’ll uncover how words can reveal and connect us.

Nonviolent communication and intuition

In this workshop you'll explore how nonviolent communication can help you as a trainer. More connection, more intuition.

Intuition Development Game

The facilitator writes the words "Love" and "Fear" on two sheets of paper while consciously imbuing them with the corresponding emotions.

Choices

A white paper strip is placed on the floor across the middle of the space. The facilitator presents different criteria for participants to choose a side, e.g., "Are you a sea or a river? A leaf or a pen? The sun or a star?"

The Boxes

Each participant receives a shoebox and materials for drawing and collaging. The task is to design the outside of the box to represent how they believe others perceive them and the inside to reflect their true inner selves.

If You Were…

A participant secretly selects another. The group asks, "If this person were a color/music/book, what would they be?"

Group Mirror – Find the Leader

One participant leaves while the group selects a leader to follow in synchronized movement.

Back-to-Back Rock-Paper-Scissors

Pairs attempt to match gestures without seeing each other standing back to back.

Drawing Geometric Shapes

Partners maintain eye contact while intuitively trying to draw the same geometric shape.

Pairing by Eye Contact

Expected Result: Strengthened intuitive connection.
