Intuitive Wander

Intuitive Wander is an exercise designed to build trust in your inner sense of direction and enhance intuitive decision-making. To practice, go for a walk without planning your route in advance. At each junction or decision point, take a moment to observe your surroundings and notice which direction feels most natural or appealing. Follow your instincts without overthinking or analyzing your choices.

As you walk, remain present and engaged by paying attention to sensory details around you—such as sounds, sights, and smells—and to how you feel in the moment. This playful, exploratory approach allows you to strengthen your connection to intuitive insights while fostering confidence in making spontaneous decisions. Over time, this practice encourages greater trust in your inner compass and helps you integrate intuitive awareness into everyday situations.

This practice is inspired by Intuitive Movement Practices and was introduced by Emily Sadowski as a way to enhance intuition through exploration.
