Goal: Strengthening intuitive listening and interpretation skills.

Each participant picks a random object from a provided selection. They hold it in their hands, close their eyes, and “listen” to what the object wants to share with them. After a minute, they open their eyes and write down the first impressions, words, images, or feelings that came to mind. Participants then share their insights and reflect on whether they found unexpected meaning in the object’s “message.”
