Three-minute meditation

Three-Minute Meditation is a simple and effective practice designed to enhance your intuition and inner awareness. To begin, set aside three quiet minutes in a calm environment, free from distractions. Sit comfortably with your back straight and your hands resting on your knees or lap. Close your eyes if it feels comfortable and take a few deep breaths to settle your mind.

Focus on your breathing, allowing each inhale and exhale to draw you into the present moment. If your mind wanders, gently bring your attention back to your breath. During this time, observe any subtle feelings, thoughts, or insights that arise without judgment. This brief but powerful practice can be done before decision-making moments or whenever you need clarity, sharpening your ability to tune into intuitive signals and fostering a sense of calm and presence.
