What is intuitive pedagogy?

Intuitive pedagogy puts emphasis on the use of body exercises and playful activities to overcome mental blocks and enhance intuitive abilities. Intuitive pedagogy, as developed by Pär Ahlbom, integrates physical movement and creative play to engage both hemispheres of the brain, fostering a deeper connection between logic and creativity.

Trainers can use these techniques to modify their methods based on intuitive insights, adapting their approach to the needs of the group. Over time, this practice helps build confidence in intuitive decision-making and strengthens the ability to respond dynamically in training environments.

The presented ideas are based on Thomas Pedroli’s insights on intuitive pedagogy and draws from the methods developed by Pär Ahlbom, particularly focusing on the use of body exercises and play to develop intuition.
