Open Book of Intuitive Trainers

Welcome to the Open Book of Intuitive Trainers, created by trainers for trainers. It is our invitation to you on a learning journey that will explore intuition and intuitive approaches.

Life Map

The group collaboratively creates a large circular paper. Participants evenly distribute themselves around it and begin drawing their life paths, with their birth date (marked with their name) at their current position, and the center of the circle representing the present moment.

Two Truths, One Lie

classic icebreaker where each participant shares three statements about themselves, one of which is false.

What I Take from You

A closing exercise where each participant shares one skill or quality they admire and would like to take from another.

Session Planning

Planning is based on the pre-knowledge for the group’s needs, establishing a core task according that knowledge, then preparing warm-up activities, that warm up the atmosphere, the instruments and abilities needed for the core exercise and structuring time for introduction and reflection.

The Role of the Co-Facilitator

Expected Result: More efficient and responsive facilitation.

The Oracle Circle

Goal: Practicing intuitive responses and deep listening.

Intuitive Storytelling

Goal: Accessing creative intuition in the moment.

The source of thought

This resource helps you see how thoughts arise and disappear, making it easier to stop overthinking.

Who is the viewer?

This exercise helps you step back and observe your own thoughts. Instead of getting caught up in them, you learn to watch them as if they were passing clouds.
